Raisin Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked pie shell
    3 eggs, separated
    3 Tbsp. water beaten with yolks
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    3 level Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. raisins (soaked)
    vanilla
Preparation
    Soak the raisins overnight in hot water.
    Drain.
    Blend sugar, flour, milk and salt.
    Add 3 egg yolks and raisins and cook until creamy. Pour into baked pie crust and cover with meringue.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
