Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken
3/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. slivered almonds
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 small onion, minced
2 Tbsp. minced red pimento
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. rice, cooked until tender in salted water
potato chips
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well together.
Refrigerate overnight. Next morning, let stand 30 minutes.
Put crumbled potato chips over top and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Serves 12 people.
