Form A Circle Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cut up (skin removed)
    2 garlic cloves, crushed/diced
    3/4 to 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced 1/8-inch thick
    4 green onions, chopped
    1 cube butter or margarine
    2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    sliced Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Saute green onions, mushrooms and garlic in the butter. Remove from
    pan
    or
    use
    a separate skillet.
    Debone chicken breasts and put
    a slice of Monterey Jack cheese on top.
    Roll up both halves.
    In a 5-quart Dutch oven, spread 1 can of soup on
    the bottom.
    Put
    the breast halves in the middle and use the
    rest of
    the
    chicken
    parts to form a circle around the breasts.
    Top other
    pieces of chicken with a slice of cheese and
    top
    with the mushroom sauce.
    Carefully spread the last can of soup over the top.
    Put on lid and bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with a baked potato, French bread and green salad.
