Festive Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. chicken, cooked and finely chopped
2 eggs, hard-cooked and chopped
2 to 3 medium green onions, sliced

Preparation

Mix and chill.
May be shaped* and decorated with green pepper, olives, etc. for serving.
Serve with crackers.
