Summer Squash Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. mixed summer squash (yellow crookneck, zucchini), sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
    1 small tomato, sliced
    1 small onion, sliced
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    Seasoned salt, pepper and Italian herbs to taste
    Grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in butter for 3 minutes.
    Add seasonings, cover and simmer until tender.
    Remove lid from sauce pan, sprinkle with cheese, return lid and turn off heat.
    Allow cheese to melt.
    Makes 6 servings.
