Cherry Crisscross Square - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 lb. oleo
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 Tbsp. sour cream, mixed in 1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    4 egg yolks
    3 c. flour
    2 cans cherry pie mix
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oleo; add salt, cinnamon and flour.
    Work together as for pie dough pastry.
    Add sour cream and baking soda mixture and add egg yolks.
    Make a soft dough.
    Spread in bottom of a cookie sheet pan leaving enough dough for crisscross topping. Brush top with egg, beaten.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
