Cottage Cheese Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar in water.
    Heat cottage cheese, 1/4 cup sugar and salt until warm, not hot.
    Combine flour and soda in a large bowl.
    Add heated mixture and eggs.
    Knead until thoroughly mixed.
    Let rise until double.
    Punch down. Shape into 2-inch balls and place 1 inch apart in a greased pan. Let rise 30 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
