Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. liquid butter
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, separated
    4 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. skim milk
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Blend together with hand mixer liquid butter, sugar, Egg Beaters and vanilla.
    Alternate, adding a little flour and then a little milk.
    Keep alternating until you have added all the flour and milk.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to one hour.
