Coconut Blender Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. biscuit mix
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, butter, and vanilla in electric blender.
    Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9 inch pie plate.
    Let stand about 5 minutes then sprinkle with coconut.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serve warm or cool.
