Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes, sliced
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Use a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Layer potatoes with other ingredients, ending with Cheddar cheese on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
