Spinach And Artichoke Party Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. Ranch party dip mix
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
    10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    2 oz. jar diced pimientos, drained
    1 1/2 lb. round loaf bread for dip
    1 1/2 lb. round loaf bread, cut into cubes for dipping
    assorted vegetables for dipping
Preparation
    Mix sour cream and Ranch mix in medium bowl.
    Add artichokes, spinach and pimentos.
    Cut slice off top of round loaf and hollow out, leaving 1-inch shell.
    Reserve bread pieces for dipping. Spoon dip into bread.
    Serve warm or cold.
