Skillet Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 (12 oz.) jar chunk style peanut butter
    3 Tbsp. butter (not oleo)
    1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, butter, evaporated milk in a large electric skillet.
    Set control dial at 280\u00b0.
    Bring to a fast boil; boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Turn off fry pan.
    Add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla.
    Stir until marshmallows, peanut butter are melted and blended.
    Turn into a buttered 8 x 8-inch square pan.
    Cool before cutting in squares.
