Ingredients

1/2 lb. dry apricots
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Put
apricots in pot and add just enough water to cover the apricots.
Cook
on
low
heat
about 20 or 25 minutes or until tender.
Add
sugar
and cook until sugar is dissolved; add lemon juice.
Cool well.
