Meat Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pie crusts (shell and top)
1 1/2 c. roast beef, diced (left over)
1 small onion, chopped
3 small potatoes, diced
3 medium carrots, diced
1 1/2 to 2 c. beef gravy
seasoning to taste
Preparation

Cook carrots and potatoes together.
Put pie shell in pie pan. Layer the ingredients into the pie shell:
Beef on bottom, onion, potatoes and carrots (drained).
Season and top with gravy.
Top pie with crust.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until hot and crust is nicely browned.
