Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 tsp. salt
    flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. light cream
    3 slices white bread
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    2 1/2 c. boiling water
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Saute butter and onions.
    Pour water over bread.
    Squeeze bread dry.
    Add all to ground beef mix.
    Add nutmeg, salt and pepper.
    Shape into balls.
    Roll in flour.
    Brown in skillet.
