Chili-Cheese Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs
1/4 c. butter, melted
dash of onion or garlic salt
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
8 oz. (1 c.) small curd cottage cheese
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Beat eggs until light.
Whisk in flour, butter, baking powder and onion salt until mixture is smooth.
Stir in cheeses and chilies.
Pour into greased shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish, square or round.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until firm and well browned.
Cut into squares or wedges.
