Jalapeno Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. longhorn or sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    6 eggs
    1 15 oz. can jalapeno peppers
    pimentos
Preparation
    Mix eggs (do not whip) until blended.
    Slice peppers lengthwise and remove seeds and stems.
    Into a 16 inch pie pan place 1/2 inch layer of coarsely grated cheese.
    Place peppers in a circular design around dish pointed towards center.
    Cover with remaining cheese.
    Pour eggs over mixture evenly.
    Garnish with pimento.
