Turkey Lasagne(Serves 8 To 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 c. tomato juice
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 tsp. basil, crushed
    1 tsp. oregano, crushed
    1 tsp. salt, divided
    1/2 tsp. pepper, divided
    2 eggs
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    In large saucepan, saute ground turkey, onion, garlic and mushrooms in oil until turkey looses pink color.
    Add tomato juice, tomato paste and spices, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
