Squash Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated squash
1 prepared pie crust
Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar together.
Scald milk.
Place grated squash into prepared pie crust.
Combine milk, sugar and egg mixture together.
Add spices.
Pour over squash and bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour or until silver knife inserted in center comes out clean. Do not let boil.
