Chow Mein Noodle Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. butterscotch chips
5 - 6 oz. dry chow mein noodles
12 oz. can salted peanuts
Preparation

Melt chips in double boiler over hot water.
Crush noodles by hand.
Add alternately with peanuts, stirring constantly.
When blended well, drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet.
Let harden or chill 1/2 hour.
Store in airtight container.
