Lemon Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 sticks margarine
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
3/4 c. Wesson oil
3 c. plain flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt and soda
1/4 c. pure lemon extract
1 lb. golden white raisins
1 qt. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream sugar and margarine.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add oil. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and soda.
Add dry ingredients alternately to first mixture.
Add lemon extract, raisins and pecans.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 2 hours and 15 minutes.
