Fried Chicken Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. pancake mix
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
    1 egg
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 c. water
    small amount of pepper
Preparation
    Cut chicken into small strips.
    Dip chicken into pancake and buttermilk mixture.
    Put oil and butter in pan and heat.
    Lay strips of chicken in pan.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Cook until golden brown on both sides.
