Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) frying chicken
    2 medium onions, diced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 can (2 c.) tomatoes
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 or 2 bay leaves
Preparation
    Brown chicken and remove from pan.
    Brown onions and garlic. Combine all the rest of the ingredients.
    Add chicken, onions and garlic; simmer 45 minutes.
    Just before serving, stir in wine.
