Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. corn tortillas (Mission brand is best)
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
grated cheddar cheese
1 to 2 lbs. ground beef
Preparation

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown ground beef and drain.
Add soup and rotel tomatoes to ground beef and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Layer ground beef mixture, corn tortillas, and cheese in baking dish.
Top with more grated cheese.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
