Mom'S Lemon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 egg yolks
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 c. shortening
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown around edges.
