Ingredients

2 c. light brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/3 tsp. salt
2 egg whites, beaten until stiff
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Mix together dry ingredients.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Blend in dry ingredients, a little at a time, until all is mixed in (stir by hand).
Add vanilla and pecans.
Mix all together. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool on cookie sheet, or they may crumble when removed.
