Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 quarts tomato juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    pepper to taste
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1 qt. milk or water
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in large pan. While this is heating, melt butter and add flour to make a paste.
    Add paste to tomato mixture and bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat and stir in milk or water.
    Return to heat and simmer until ready to eat. This goes great with grilled cheese sandwiches.
