Peanut Butter Pie(Serves 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. whipped topping
1 graham cracker crust
1/3 c. chopped peanuts for top (optional)
Preparation

Whip cheese until fluffy.
Beat in sugar and peanut butter. Add milk, blending well.
Fold whipped topping into peanut butter mixture.
Pour into pie crust.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
