Easy Beef Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (4.5 oz.) jar mushrooms (don't drain)
    1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
    1 egg
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven
    to
    350\u00b0.
    Brown\tground\tbeef and drain. Simmer beef,
    tomato sauce, onion and mushrooms until onion is cooked and liquid
    is reduced by about a third.
    Pat crescent roll dough into
    the
    bottom
    of
    a
    10-inch pie plate to form crust.\tBeat egg;
    mix with 1 cup of cheese and place in crust as the first layer.
    Add the meat mixture and cover with 1 cup remaining cheese.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
