Ingredients

3 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 can pie filling (any flavor)
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1 baked pie shell
Preparation

Mix together cream cheese, vanilla and sugar until very smooth.
In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream until thick.
Fold into cream cheese mixture carefully.
Pour into pie shell.
Top with pie filling.
Chill thoroughly before serving.
Keep refrigerated.
