One Pan Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 loin pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
    1 small can tomato sauce, plus 1 can water
    1 small can peas
    1/2 c. each: sliced carrots, potatoes, onion and celery
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder or 1 clove minced garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bring all vegetables, except peas, to boil.
    Cook until done. Heat oven to 400\u00b0; brown pork chops in oven.
    Drain vegetables; place in oven with pork chops.
    Add tomato sauce plus water, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic; stir to cover all ingredients with sauce.
    Stir during cooking.
    Fifteen minutes before done, add peas.
    Cook until done, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Serves 2 to 4.
