Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 whole eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 oz. red food coloring
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour batter into three 8 inch greased and floured cake pans.
    Bake for 35 minutes (or until cake turns loose from sides) at 350\u00b0.
    Let cool before icing.
