Cathedral Windows - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    1 egg
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. coconut
    3 c. miniature colored marshmallows
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Melt chocolate chips and butter in top of double boiler.
    Add the beaten egg; let cool.
    Fold in marshmallows and nuts.
    Turn out onto waxed paper covered with coconut.
    Form into roll and chill.
    Slice to serve.
