Fudge Topped Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oleo, melted
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. unsifted flour
    2/3 c. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    3 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine oleo, sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, eggs, milk and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla.
    Beat well. Stir in walnuts.
    Spread in greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan.
    Just before brownies are done, melt chips with condensed milk and remaining vanilla (use heavy saucepan). Immediately spread over hot brownies.
    Cool, chill, then cut into bars.
