Sausage Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. Bob Evans original sausage
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 eggs
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed

Preparation

Mix together all ingredients and press into Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
After 25 minutes, pour off excess grease, if necessary.
Then bake the remaining time.
Serve with Ritz crackers or party rye.
