Sausage Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 small onion
1 small green pepper
1 can tomato paste
1 can tomato sauce
1 can mushrooms (optional)
1 pkg. English muffins
Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Scramble sausage and drain grease.
Add all other ingredients and simmer about 25 minutes.
Spoon on English muffin halves and put in 400\u00b0 oven until bubbly.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
