Squash And Apple Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. butternut squash
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. margarine (melted)
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground mace
    2 apples, cored and cut into 1/2-inch slices
Preparation
    Microwave:
    15 minutes.
    Cut squash, remove seeds, peel and cut into 1/2-inch slices.
    Melt margarine; mix brown sugar, flour, salt and mace with margarine.
    Arrange squash in dish top with apples. Spoon brown sugar mixture over top; cover tightly.
    Microwave on High 8 minutes and check.
    Microwave until squash is crisp tender, about 6 to 9 minutes longer.
    Let stand covered 5 minutes.
