Bacon-Wrapped Little Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
    1 egg
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 c.)
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. instant beef bouillon
    1 tsp. salt
    6 slices thin sliced bacon, cut into halves
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Mix all ingredients except bacon. Shape mixture into 6 loaves. Crisscross two half slices bacon on each loaf, tucking ends under loaf.
    Place loaves on rack in shallow baking pan.
    Bake, uncovered, 50 minutes. Serves 6.
