Chicken Pollack(Spinach) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    2 cloves garlic
    shredded ginger to taste
    dried red chillies to taste
    1 tomato, chopped
    1/2 green chilli, chopped
    1 pkg. chicken thighs or legs (skinless), chopped in half
    2 pkg. frozen spinach
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Brown first seven ingredients in 3 tablespoons oil.
    Add spinach.
    Put in pressure cooker for 5 to 7 minutes; take off pressure.
    Dry out liquid over high heat.
    Serve over boiled rice.
