Microwave Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. cooked elbow macaroni
    1/4 c. butter
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    2 c. (8 oz.) grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a 1-quart measure, melt butter at High for 1/2 to 1 minute. Blend in flour and salt.
    Stir in milk until smooth.
    Microwave at High 6 to 7 minutes, stirring with fork every minute, until thickened.
    Stir in cheese until completely melted.
    Put cooked macaroni in casserole.
    Stir sauce into macaroni, mixing well. Microwave at Medium-high for 7 to 10 minutes, stirring after 4 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
