Pepperoni Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pizza dough
1/4 lb. sliced pepperoni
1/4 lb. thinly sliced Genoa salami
1/2 lb. grated Mozzarella
grated Parmesan cheese
oregano
olive oil (approximately 2 Tbsp.)
Preparation

Stretch dough 12 x 18-inches.
Top with all ingredients and roll up lengthwise.
Pinch and tuck ends.
Place on greased cookie sheet and let rise 1 hour.
Slit top to allow steam to escape. Brush with olive oil.
Bake in preheated oven 15 to 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
