Quick Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 yeast cake
    milk
    1 heaping Tbsp. shortening
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Crumble yeast cake in a cup and fill with milk.
    Put shortening in saucepan and melt.
    Add water, then the milk and yeast.
    (Don't have shortening and water too warm.) Mix with dry ingredients and let stand.
    When double in bulk, work down and cut into rolls.
    Let rise.
