Swiss Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower)
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
    1 1/2 c. French fried onions
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Thaw and drain the frozen vegetables.
    Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese and 1 cup onions.
    Pour into shallow 1-quart casserole.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done.
    Top with cheese and onions.
    Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes, or until onions are golden brown.
