Peaches And Cream Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/4 oz. dry vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
3 Tbsp. soft butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 (15 to 20 oz.) can peaches
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. reserved juice
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
Combine first 7 ingredients, beat 2 minutes on medium speed; pour into greased pie plate or pan.
Place drained peaches over batter. Combine cream cheese, sugar and juice; beat 2 minutes on medium speed.
Spoon over prepared pan within 1 inch of edge of pan. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over top and bake 30 to 35 minutes until crust is golden brown.
Filling will appear soft.
Store in refrigerator.
