Butternut Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 unbaked pie shells
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    3/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. mace
    1 c. mashed cooked squash
    1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Add sugar, salt and spices to squash and mix well.
    Beat eggs with milk, then mix with squash.
    Pour in pie shells.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 40 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
