Chicken Apricot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up or breasts only
    2/3 c. water
    1 envelope dry onion soup
    12 oz. jar apricot preserves
    1 jar Wish-Bone Russian dressing
Preparation
    Place chicken in shallow baking dish, skin side down.
    Combine rest of ingredients and spread half of sauce on chicken.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Turn chicken over and add rest of sauce. Continue baking 50 to 60 minutes, or until done.
    Can be frozen or prepared in advance.
    Serves 4.
