Party Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. diced chicken or turkey
    3 c. chopped hard-cooked eggs
    2 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. cut stuffed olives
    salad dressing
    2 small pkg. raspberry gelatin
    3 1/2 c. hot cranberry juice
    chopped cashews
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients with salad dressing to hold together.
    Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Dissolve the gelatin in hot cranberry juice.
    Cool until partially set.
    Pour over chicken.
    Refrigerate.
