Freezer Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. cukes, sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    water
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine first 3 ingredients.
    Cover with water and let stand for 2 hours.
    Then drain and add sugar and vinegar. Refrigerate for 2 days.
    Transfer to freezer containers and place in freezer.
    Thaw as needed.
    Serve and enjoy!!
