Fresh Orange Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. soda
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. liquid (1/3 c. orange juice, unstrained, plus water or milk)
2 eggs
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients; add rind, shortening and eggs; beat.
Add liquid; beat thoroughly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
