Uncle Bob'S Chicken Stir-Fry(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken breast (skinless), cut into chunks
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. carrots
    1/2 c. broccoli
    1/2 c. red or green peppers
    onion (if desired)
    1 or 2 cloves garlic
    1 jar sweet and sour sauce (Yosita brand is good)
Preparation
    In a pan sprayed with Pam, add all ingredients except sweet and sour sauce.
    You can add a little water to the pan to help steam the vegetables.
    When vegetables are almost done, add sweet and sour sauce.
    Heat and serve over noodles or rice.
